Description “I don’t know if this is such a good idea . . . ” Emma murmured, and then she noticed the Look that Link was giving her. She sighed. “I know, I know … it’s nice that you can walk around as a voe now, and I’m happy for you. But — ”
“Okay, we’re all ready!” Olu’s voice interrupted her, as she gestured to the massage bed where she had all of her products lined up neatly.
“More oil.” Link sighed.
“I use that in conjunction with our special massage butter!” Olu said brightly.
“It’s from goats, right?” Emma asked her, gesturing to what looked like an ordinary block of Goat Butter.
Olu just looked at her.
“It’s from goats, right?” Emma repeated.
Link was starting to wonder how they would get Goat Butter out here in the desert, as he laid down on the bed. There were no goats in the Gerudo Region.
There were plenty of Sand Seals, though . . .
Emma settled herself down on a nearby ledge, taking note of a few bangles that were there, and remembering what had happened the last time that they were there.
She was snapped out of her reverie of missing Mia when she heard Olu say: “I’ve mostly worked on vai, so let me know if I’m pressing too hard.”
“Be careful, Olu!” Romah called back to her apprentice. “Remember what we learned in Voe And You!”
Emma didn’t have to check to know that the Dark Sword was sparkling; a number of its occupants were probably laughing at Link’s predicament, right now.
“Is his back supposed to be cracking like that?” Tauma said from behind her book.
“Uh . . . ” Emma groaned. She didn’t have an answer for that.

One Hour Later

“Ooh . . . ” Romah, Jules, and Tauma all said, as they watched Link collapse to the floor, only to be revived a second later by a pink Fairy.
Emma sighed, again, and said to Olu: “You’ll perfect it eventually.” She handed her twenty-five Rupees.
“Sarsqo!” Olu took the money payment, and then added: “Do you want to have a massage, as well?”
“Uh . . . ” Emma glanced all around her, hoping for an escape, and her eyes fell on the book that Touma was reading. “M-maybe when Link and I come back from taking out the Frost Gleeok in the highlands.”
Everybody gasped.
“Sa‘oten!” Olu looked horrified. “I mean, I know that you two helped Lady Riju to save our whole entire region, but . . . ”
“How can he hope to withstand that creature’s attacks if he can’t even handle a massage?” Touma said bluntly.
“You’d be surprised what Link can survive.” Emma responded evenly, probably thinking about when they’d been in the Lightning Temple and two Moth Gibdos had picked Link up and played tug-of-war with him. That’s what Link was thinking about. Emma was right about Moth Gibdos - things that looked like that had NO business flying. Riju certainly seemed to think so, too; she had struck them both down from the sky without the need for arrows to guide her, before cutting off a good portion of their wings with her scimitars. Emma had them swooped in (quite literally) to collect the spoils.
“Gleeok’s have wings, Link.” Emma whispered to him, as they left the inn.
Link had to smile. “Let’s go.”
