About time I finished this one. This is Issakira, the dragon controling everything dealing with psychic powers. Psychokinesis, mind-manipulation, if it's psychic, then Issakira can do it. She can't "talk", seeing as she has no mouth, but can still make snarl and growl-like noises from her throat. Her physical strength is the worst of the ten dragons, but her psychic abilities make up for it. It's normally obvious when she is using her abilities, the jewels on her head and tails will glow a dark violet color. She's the smallest of the dragons, but is the second fastest flyer. Issakira's polar element is darkness, and is the only element that can't mix with eight of the nine main elements (Life isn't included for obvious reasons). The Dragon Ruby that this dragon was sealed in became a violet color, granting the user enhanced psychic abilities.

Even though I had a difficult time inking this picture, the coloring makes up for it greatly. I loved coloring it, and I just hope that the rest are this fun. I also love her wings. Luff da wings! XD The colors used in this was a light purple color (the name was gone), Lilac, Violet, and Dark Purple.

Medium: Prismacolor Colored pencils (and a Colorific, that was the light purple color) and ink on slightly rough paper.
