EDIT 9/23/17: I decided to switch out Volpina and Lilo with Bloo and Iris, because Lilo is actually a much more popular character than I realized, and after seeing the trailers of season 2 for Miraculous Ladybug, I don't think Lila will be returning as Volpina anytime soon.

10.) Snow White (Disney): I remember not liking this character too much as a kid, because I used to think her voice was really annoying. However, once I got older and rewatched her movie again, I started to notice the more positive traits of her character. She's sweet, caring, forgiving, hardworking, and even reminds me of some of my favorite characters (Hinata and Fluttershy). Plus, she's not as passive as she looks, because she even orders the Dwarfs around (without being rude or bossy, that is).

9.) Lars (Steven Universe): Okay, I can understand why some people may not like Lars. I didn't like him either when I first started watching Steven Universe, but the further I got into the show, the more interesting he became to me. Sure, Lars may not be the most "well developed" character in that show, but he has his moments, and I like that Rebecca Sugar didn't make him a typical one-dimensional "bully next door". I also think that his relationship with Sadie is super adorable, but that's just me.

8.) Iris (Pokemon: Black and White): While BW is still considered my least favorite season of the Pokemon anime, I thought Iris was a really cool character. Sure, her calling Ash a "little kid" would get annoying most of the time, but let's face it, Ash was really dumbed down in Black and White, so of course Iris would call him a little kid. Plus, she was a really good Pokemon trainer, and her Axew is just adorable!

7.) Ron Weasley (The Harry Potter series): Okay, so the movies don't really treat him as well as the books do, but either way, I always found Ron to be an endearing and underrated character. He was the first friend that Harry ever had, and he's stood up for Hermione on multiple occasions, not to mention, saved her from a gigantic troll in The Sorceror's Stone. I also like how he's a bit clumsy and reckless, because that makes for a more interesting and relatable character in my opinion.

6.) Flame Princess (Adventure Time): FP might not be as "hated" as the other characters on this list, but she does get her fair share of flack (mostly from BubbleFinn shippers). I used to be really indifferent about her character at first, because she looked just like your typical "forbidden love interest" kind of character, but as she appeared more in the show, she soon became one of my favorite characters. In fact, she might just be my favorite character in Adventure Time.

5.) Bloo (Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends): I feel like this character is starting to get more hate now than he did 13 years ago. Bloo might behave like a spoiled little kid, but Mac created him when he was 5 years old, so it makes sense for him to act that way. Plus, I think Bloo's troublemaking antics are what make him so funny. Some characters are meant to be assholes, and that's what makes them so funny sometimes.

4.) Finn and Rey (Star Wars: The Force Awakens): This movie is barely even a year old, and already these two are getting so much hate from Star Wars fans, it's ridiculous! Rey gets a lot of hate because she's a "Mary Sue". Why is she considered a Mary Sue? Because she knows how to fix machines and can pilot a starship, even though she grew up in a junkyard AND PROBABLY HAD TO LEARN HOW TO DO ALL OF THAT STUFF AS A CHILD! Hell, if I remember correctly, Anakin was able to build a droid and pilot a pod-racer at the age of NINE. As for Finn? Well, he gets hate because he's sort of a clutz (kind of like Ron Weasley), but it's not like he stayed that way throughout the entire movie! He kicked ass almost as much as Rey did, and he did put up a good fight with Kylo Ren before being knocked unconcious.

3.) Orihime Inoue (Bleach): Now, I haven't read or watched Bleach that much when I was growing up, but I always had a soft spot for Orihime. She's sweet and bubbly, and her powers kick ass. So why do so many people hate her so much? Well, for a lot of (stupid) reasons: "She cries a lot!"; "She's a walking pair of boobs!"; "She says Ichigo's name way too many times!"; "She's a coward!" Basically, she's hated for being busty, emotional, and in love with Ichigo. And...a coward? Are you kidding me?! Orihime has fought many times and kicked tons of ass. Sure, she's not as strong or powerful as Rukia or any of the other female characters, but...SHE TRIES! Okay? She really tries!

2.) Himawari Uzumaki (Naruto): Man, this poor kid has gotten so much unwarrented hate over the past couple years, you have no idea. Okay, so basically, since the manga for Naruto ended, SasuNaru and NaruSaku fans have gone APESHIT over the canon pairings and as a result, started hating on NaruHina's two canon kids, especially Himawari. Now Himawari was orignally hated just for being "ugly" (gee, I wonder if that criticism has anything to do with her being Hinata's kid?), but now they try to cover that up by saying it has more to do with the fact that she made her father miss his Hokage inauguration. First off, Naruto still became Hokage regardless, and secondly, it was just an ACCIDENT! She was aiming for Boruto because he ripped apart her stuffed panda (and I know that sounds stupid, but she's a little kid, little kids get upset over their broken toys all the time). But even without that, she still gets hated for either being a NaruHina daughter, or just for being a side character (which is odd because Lee's kid, ShikaTema's kid, and SaiIno's kid are all side characters too, and they have even LESS screen time than Himawari).

1.) Sakura Haruno and Hinata Hyuga (Naruto): Where do I even begin with these two? It seems like the hate for them has gotten more and more intense ever since Naruto ended.

Alright, so let's start with Sakura. She's hated because she loves Sasuke and because she hits Naruto sometimes for being a dumbass, but the most popular complaint I hear is that she's "useless". I'm sorry, but how on Earth is Sakura useless?! Sure, she started off as weak in early Part 1, but she became more and more powerful as the series progressed. Now only has she become an excellent medical ninja, but single-handedly took out an army of puppets in early Part 2, punched a freaking goddess, and raised her daughter for 10 years all by herself!

Now, as for Hinata, she's hated because she's shy, a pacifist, and a side character who married the main character. She may not be as strong as the other kunoichi, but I still think she's a great character (even though she doesn't nearly get as much screentime as she should). She was able to cheer up and motivate Naruto before his final match with Neji, and she was the one to get Naruto out of his depressed state when Neji died in front of them. Also, in The Last, it was her who found Toneri's doomsday machine by herself, and later led Naruto to it to help him destroy it with her Hamura-enhanced chakra.
