According to the Final Fantasy VII Ultimania Ω, Tifa's Bust-Waist-Hip measures are 36-24-35 (92-60-88 cm). [link]
I tried to find the body measurements of Aerith and Yuffie in the Final Fantasy VII Ultimania Ω but couldn't. Tifa is the only one who Nomura specified in his design.

honestly, i don't really mind if a female charcter has three body measurements. Because that is never the type thing I look for in the figure.
although, it did seem Tifa's bust size when down from original game to AC(C),

That is because the graphic in the original game is not good. It has something to do with the number of pixel. They have the same problem with Cloud's muscle.
