In 2011 I saw the movie "X-men : first class" in Russian dub, so I had no idea that Azazel actually used this language. Only 1.5 month ago I saw English version...

I disapprove of drinking alcohol, so my Azazel does the same Of course, this poster won't stop anyone - it's just a hilarious drawing. Original motivator was rather useless in USSR; and nowadays it's nothing but a funny old meme...

I was so tempted to add some inappropriate details here Azazel's sword instead of a knife... Piece of raw meat on his plate and words "No! I drink only blood of my enemies!"...
In the end I decided to make him as serious and normal as possible... But his expression is so full of disgust, that I can't stop smiling. Evil mutant-assassin is afraid of small glass of vodka

It's my second picture where I used direct reference. I was looking at original poster in process of drawing. I also wanted to use DR for face of Jason Flemyng, but... He's not Azazel - he's just actor who played his role. So I portrayed Azazel as I draw him in my comics (except I don't draw his second scar and I prefer claws instead of nails) - I keep all important features, but the face itself is not recognizable

...It also looks like Azazel doesn't like my "watermark"
