Times are difficult right now, and more than ever we need to remember to take care of ourselves and each other. Do your best to treat yourself and others with compassion.

This is a representation of what I visualize while meditating:

Cosmic white light shines from above and enters through your head, down your spine and all the way through to the earth's center, keeping you aligned.
From the earth's center, solid roots travel into your feet and legs, keeping you grounded.
A transparent shield of many colors surrounds you, keeping clean, positive energy in; and harmful, negative forces out, keeping you protected.
Heaven's (or the universe's) love and light is within you always, shining green in your heart center and out through your hands, which carry out your compassionate acts.

Even if you think you are alone--you are not. Love is a limitless source, and you are never forgotten. Stay healthy and safe everybody! My thoughts are with you.
