I colored it in now... I might just scrap the lineart.I hope my coloring is okay. Critique it CONSTRUCTIVELY if you must so I can improve because I'm not getting a subscription any time soon.

Anyway, constructivenesss!
first thing I noticed when I looked again at this for criticism was that the lineart could use a bit more cleaning. I know it's scanned, but I can see some smudges on the outside lines. Not sure if you were concentrating on that or this was more a piece for coloring, but yeah.
Coloring. Really, really nice on the upper body. When you get to the pants (Shorts?) however, it becomes quite smudgy looking (mostly noticeable in the highlights on the (viewer's) right side.
It also looks a bit rough on his nifty cape thing, as well.

Yep, I was planning to color it since the lineart didn't have many details. Yeah, I noticed the smudges now.
Yeah, I also noticed the smudges on the pants.
I could have smoothed out the coloring on his cape a little more.

I did all the coloring on a seperate layer. I changed the brush settings to a certain configuration, too.
I used this coloring tutorial for the settings [link] and butchered up the instructions into my style.lol It's useful for any type of thing you plan to color really.^^
