I actually make this pic with an image of Lucrecia as background and posed Sephiroth with XNALara on it. Just a little manip for the hand ^^(Please, ask to the owner for the models. Don't even ask to me, I can't redistribute these models.)

sad, I find Lucrecia mod try make model import to Dissidia 012 psp game, and later if can I mind to use unreal or unity to make new game Dissidia 014 add all final fantasy character who have 3d mod

That looks sad...
A nice way to make it seem like a happier pic is changing whats happening. Like pretending that Lucrecia is pregnant and Sephiroth is listening to her tummy to hear his new little brother kicking.

Actually, I think Sephiroth would be not glad at all to have a little brother 
I think he is more hugging her with melancholy, remembering when he was in her, when he just was a baby and just was one with her mother. It seems strange says like that, but that's as this I see his relation with Lucrecia
As Sephiroth tell it when he arrived in Nibelheim, he never has had a real ''home''. I think his only home is his mother
