Every Chaos army needs some Cultists right?
Well maybe not but they are cheap (both in Power level and Dollars) and utterly disposable.
I put these guys in the army purely because I had a few points left over at first but it looks like my final army will have a 30 man unit in it.
The idea in my head is that the unit is made up of humans from the Night Lords ship, they give them the option to leave the ship and if they "survive" they get to go "free".
When basically the Night Lords kill them even if they do survive but nobody makes it back to the ship either way so the human crew thinks they escaped....

Paint scheme wise I stuck with the main colors of the Night lords but I tried not to stick with a uniformed pattern the only thing I did on every model was to paint the shawl (Is that what they are? The shoulder covering parts is what it is) and the hood/heid piece in Kantor blue AKA the main color of the Night Lords.
I drybrushed the weapons and a bulk of the clothing just to represent that these guys haven't got anything good, equipment or clothes.
Now you may notice that there is two Flamers in the unit well I got a bit excited about building the unit, originally planned for a 20 man unit, and I built two Flamers...... Ahh well easily fixed when I expand the unit.
