Okay...for those of you who are confused, this is Angela. She was once a Dark One creature, but unlike her siblings, she wasn't interested in creating chaos, therefore was the 'black sheep' amongst the others. Due to being different, the other Dark Ones attacked her, destroying her body and leaving her spirit to wallow in the void.
One day, Lucifer, in his dark times, came to her and promised that he would find a host to place her soul in, allowing her to have control at night, on condition that she obeyed his orders, which she agreed. Then with her soul in his posession, he came to Alexandrea, threatening her that either she allowed Lucifer to place Angela's soul into her body or he would not only attack her friends but place the soul into another body that was more easy to possess, meaning Antauri's fully robotic body. Not wanting her drear friend suffer that fate, she agreed and allowed him to place Angela's soul in her. So by day Alexandrea was herself but by night Angel would amerge.
However, as time went by, both Alexandrea and Angela got along well, both understanding each other. Later, they went against Lucifer, refusing to go along with his evil plan.
Now, Angela remains dormant in Alex's body, only talking to her when she either needs to give out information or when she feel like having a discussion. She also no longer appears at night like she used to, only ever coming out when Alex and others are in grave danger.
