Jill White (born Jillian Hiades Black) is the notorious captain of the Dragonfly Pirates and user of the Mushi Mushi no mi: model Dragonfly.First child of John Black and his first wife Odessa, she chose the name White to pay respects to the dear mother that gave her life for her. She has a warrant for her head under the alias "Distorted Fairy".
