What are you asking for a Critique for? This is a wonderful piece....ok...if you looking for something to nitpick at...there is always something....
The hands could be pulled away from the face a little more, giving more negative space between the face and hands.
The shirt is kind of flat in it's shading compared to how you shaded everything thing else. Make it more tube like.
The colors in the mouth are flat colors while everything else has shading to it.
Could give him a wild leaning backward like he's throw his head back in joy.
But the piece works just fine.
