Done with Sculpey Clay, about hour and a half each in front of FoodTV

I did Jack Sparrow and Davey Jones last year for another friend, never took pictures of those I'll have to try to get them this year they were the most fun.

These are about 2 inches tall. They're the Veggie Tales characters from The Wizard of Ha's. If anyone has kids in Sunday School, they'll recognize these guys.
