i cant officially critique since im not a premium member but heres what i would say:
-the neck seems to be a bit long although in the original character the neck is stylistically longer than natural so that could really go either way
-the hair at the very top of the mask appears flat, more defined shading at the roots and highlights at the tips would probably fix that easily
-apart from those two things, fantastic picture. I love the dark inhuman feeling it conveys, especially in the eyes

The colors bring out that malevolent darkness that dwells within Ichigo's hollow, something we only see when he fights to defeat and not just to win..
