Wow! I'm super impressed!! Right now, I'm actually modeling it myself in Maya. This is currently my second shot at it, now that I know a few more tricks, but honestly...wow! I think now, making one just as good as yours, or maybe even better, (I mean no disrespect), is now my goal.

Your work is amazing. I think it can still be inproved with a more detailled metal texture. Also, I was playing Dissidia 12 before writing this, and the completed sword is actually named the Final Tsurugi, First Tsurugi is the name of the main sword on wich the others are assembled to form this insanely awesome sword.
