It has a random (But pretty rare) chance of happening when she wakes up.

It's purposital, but unaware ones can mistake it for a sprite glitch.

I don't know the rate chance for the crick, but I believe it's harder than triggering the Uboa Event which has a rate chance of 1/64.

I really didn't do any of the events, even though I did try for the Uboa event. I'll have to try later.

Yep. FACE Event happens for a period of time and you can't do anything to stop it. Therefore you're forced to watch it till the end. And that's when Mado wakes up, abruptly.

I believe so. The wiki has a lot of creepy theories about FACE. One says that it's her memory of getting raped.
