EDIT: Fixed some issues. He didn´t have, like, ankles.Oh my god. I was able to FINISH something. Party hard. Still, I was lazy and edited the cloakless Clark. Derp
It´s not that I´m not drawing; in fact, I scribble around quite often, focussing on anatomy of men (women will follow later, for serious). But I´m not satisfied with anything. Ever. And this will never change. Ever.
To prevent irritations, whenever Superman is forced to show up, his "official" suit is the one with the cloak. I think it looks more awesome when he just walks by, out of nowhere, his suit slightly waving in the wind when he raises his head, eyes glowing red and huh.. Fangirl stuff. Derp. The picture on the left is just to clear what hides underneath the oh so outlandish cloak
I don´t like this picture after all.
Old Superman is old. I like him like that, though
I´m in a middle of a deprssion, sorry guys, no herp-a-derp comments from me today, I´ll just leave it like that.

Ist wahrscheinlich wirklich Übungssache. Ich hab so viele Frauen/Mädchen gezeichnet, dass ich wirklich aufpassen muss, dass Typen keine Kurven verpasst bekommen x'D Und Bishie sehen die immer aus, ob ich will oder nicht xD
Weiß nicht, was ich dir da für Tipps geben kann, was Frauen zeichnen betrifft... Gesichter und Kinns schmaler, und nicht so ausgeprägte Muskeln, weil Frauen einfach weniger davon haben... und die Kurven natürlich. Du kannst auch in Google Bilder suchen und erstmal abzeichnen, um ein Gefühl dafür zu bekommen

Especially when it comes to the storywriting and characters. If they made a game like this, just with the DC staff in exchange to the regular cast, I could die happy.

Old Suups! That's pretty neat to see. I like how you added the touch of grey in his hair, but it's the face that shows his age. Very good job! The costumes are also very stylish. Suits the old man I say! It's modern and simple. I must also point out that you did an excellent job on the hands! Your work is terrific! Keep it up!

I´ve had fun doing this. In my opinion people forget that even superheroes age, so I thisnk alot about what may happen in the furute and how the heroes will look like, then.^^
The hands were the worst part, I still must figure out a way to draw them without having to struggle too much. I do what I can.

I thought of the leather jacket in the first place, but when I drew it it looked weird with the rest of the outfit. and I wanted Superman to wear a coat for so long I couldn´t handle it anymore xDD

It would be cool to see this outfit drawn by a real comic booker, yes. So much. I´d pay for it xD And law enforcer sounds veeeery good to me *w*
But I still love the superhero trunks, I´m a big fan of their old outfits. I got to know them like this and I will always remember them wearing those <3 That may have looked a little weird at the beginning, but it gave their characters a sepcial touch <3
The new 52 outfits are fine, too, but they still look a little strange to me. I´ll get used to it.

I´m working on a diffrent one for Batman. Once I call myself satisfied with that, I may consider designing a lantern suit. But not now.

WHOA! JUST WHOA! Wait, I don't know why you're not satisfied with at least the torso, as well as the arms and leg muscles. And the tension of the material being stretched across his frame. The shapes look very solid and true to life.
Okay, besides the wonderful anatomy (your practicing of the male figure is paying off big time), I want to go into everything I LOVE about this design. One is the belt/suspenders. That is MAGNIFICENTLY brilliant to me because it's both practical for his hazardous good work and is completely suiting of his background and personality. Two are the boots, by alluding to the traditional chevron pattern in such a clever and down-to-earth way. Three is the insignia being treated more like a badge or logo. There's something very enticing and bold about that. Four is how well the gloves blend in with the coat, then are able to stand out on their own without it on. It's a wonderful way to spread the red color around the figure without having to resort to superhero trunks. In fact, Clearing the lower torso of any red makes it so there's just enough blue to balance out the large red coat when it's worn. I'm also impressed that you opted to lean away from spandex and go for a more sturdy looking material.
This is one of my favorite Superman designs of all time, no lie! You wouldn't mind if I draw fanart of it sometime in the future, would you? ._.

Well, compared to my previous attempts there is some progress, yes, but I´m still not satisfied. In my age I think I should do better with anatomy and clothing. And colors. I´m working on it
The funny thing is I was watching some old classic movies, you know, those with Chuck Norris and Kayne West and all the other western heroes when it hit me XD My first try was overloaded with little details like extra pockets, belts, scarves and all the other stuff; he even wore a hat. A HAT. I cut it out because it covered his hair. And it looked ridicolous huuhuhuhuh
It was a long progress, but I think I will make this one official. Just need a good one for Bats XD
As soon as I´m fine with my art and style I will start a webcomic, too. I set up 30% of the story so far <3
