The Infotech is single skin, you can drag any text in that and move to the required place. Just point your mouse carefully and move it, it can be done.

Its a Custom Made font named "DROID" which looks exactly like Android Logo if you type everything in CAPS. It is included with the theme, you will see the font along with the Wallpaper and Screenshots in your My Documents\Rainmeter\Skins\Android\DroidLogo... Enjoy
