Download and Install Rainmeter software from the following link:
Then Download the rainmeter theme file which is given as "Download File" near the screenshot in this page.Β
Install the theme. Β The Wallpaper and all Coded Files will be at your Documents\Rainmeter\skins\
Move skins to their places according to the Screenshot given. Β Each skin has a text file. They have size and position details with all other codings in it.
For example;
Goto THEMENAME\Dock\ and Open "Dock" Text File and edit the values of X,Y,W & H according to your Desktop Resolution.
Remember the following things;
X = Horizontal Position
Y = Vertical Position
W = Width Size
H = Height Size
Using these, you can reposition any Skin settings given in the Theme.Β
