were you on a rock, or bridge? I don't see any ripples in the water from that angle.. anyway, I like the lack of glare on the water. it's nice to see so much into both worlds in one photo

standing on the river side and leaning way out - the stream was actually pretty slow so there wasnt much of any flow or ripples

That's it, I'm officially jealous. The color pallatte you use is incredible, and makes nature look so alien. Keep up the good work.

haha, i like the description. but i really love the desaturation that you like to use in your shots. awesome it's not quite black and white, but it's not quite colour either. anyway, beautifully composed shot. i love the reflections.

another truly exceptional piece. Why the hell is it called 'backdrifting'?? a french title would suits this piece of art much better. I've translated it for you : Dériver Arrière I dont know what it means, but that only adds to the mystery

lol

ur awesome you know that?

backdrifting is a name of a radiohead song - and i was thinking about some sort of "drifting" title so it just kinda worked for me at the time.

You really need to get aim so i can get titles from you. I have a piece to submit tonight and i need some help naming it!!!!!

Great pic. The lone rock in the middle of the stream is cool, and I like how you can see all the rocks under the water too. Great composition I wanna go to that place someday, lol.

The clarity of your pictures still amazes m. I can look at one of your pictures and know it is your's without looking at the name. That is a sign of true greatness. Goodjob. Love it.
