A little tribute to my favorite moment and song from the Steven Universe Movie, really one of the most emotional moments probably in the whole show, seen Spinel waiting there in the garden for Pink was a genuine tear bending gut punch, hope you folks enjoy this one.

Basically Pink told Spinel to wait in the garden in that exact same spot and told her it was a game. She waited in that spot for thousands of years but Pink never showed up, she basically abandoned her.

She's a gem, gems don't need to eat or sleep. Their bodies are basically solid holograms.

Am I the only one who doesn't hate Pink after seeing this? Sure, what she did to Spinel was beyond cruel, but you have to remember she was still in the mindset of a Diamond! She changed, and even when was she Rose she wasn't perfect. She knew it, too. I think that was one of the reasons behind Steven's creation, besides Love. She knew that if someone like her was to exist for good, that person would need to be a blank slate. Someone who can learn the right way to treat others from wrong. Not as tools, but as people. I think that's one of the reasons She's Gone.
