Weird title,
Just wanted to make it like it was in the OVA of Lucky Star,
Where Tsukasa is going: Dot Dot Dot Dot Dot Dot
Lol, I forgot why, I need to watch the OVA more

I made this base a bit different this time,
I made the pixel of Tsukasa of everything,
Instead of just a regular base this time,
But I will probably edit it soon cause I just like bases that way XDDD
I'm retarded...

And yes, I know I said no more bases for a while but that might change, and it did,
I thought Tsukasa looked really cute in this picture anyways xD
