Alright, here is my design for Israel for Hetalia.

Name: Rebecca Cohen
Gender: Female
Age: Unknown
Birthday: May 14
Other: Israel is young for a nation, having been created as an independent state in 1948. However, before becoming a settled nation, Israel was wherever the largest Jewish population was, wandering with her people. She is happy to finally have a place to truly call home after such a long time, and fiercely defends the land she has. After all, it used to be hers before "that ass Rome" invaded, bringing in others who drove her out. She and Palestine really don't get along. At all. However, she does like America very much.
Also, she has the highest percent of her population in the army in the world.

Yes, Israel is female. Yes, she also looks an awful lot like a guy. I took a leaf from *Agent-Elrond 's book and inverted the effeminate-anime-male trope to make a tough woman.

Since Google is being dumb, how does Israel's military percentage compare today? I'm using a source from 1986. Old book. So if anyone knows, link me to the source!

Got the uniform reference from some site or another. I hope it's not too inaccurate, since most searches for female Israeli uniforms resulted in cheesecake.
