Easy: I'd say the charges are absurd, that the case should never have been brought to trial, and argue that the charges be dropped & the case summarily dismissed.Β And I wouldn't budge from the juror-room 'til the others agreed with me (no matter how long it took; I can be unbelievably stubborn.)
But then, on the other hoof, I probably wouldn't end up on the jury in the first place.Β (So far in my 55 years, I've been excused from sitting on every single jury-duty I've ever been called to, for being too "opinionated.")
