Scar's first litter by Sarafina, Hisani and Mheetu!Hisani becomes the mother of Kovu and Vitani, and Mheetu is lost before he reaches adulthood.

Mheetu's chin was actually meant to be a mix of the scrawny/scruffyness of Scar's chin mixed with the angled chin that Sarafina passed on to Nala, but it does look an awful lot like Kovu's.

Bet Mheetu was killed by Mufasa's doing, wait, that line, is Hisani related to Zira?
Vitani being grandaughter of Scar would make sense, the only other theory making sense would be her being her daughter, but why Kovu

The line on Hisani's head actually comes from her grandmother Uru - she and Zira might be distantly related, but her stripe is diamond-shaped when seen from above and came directly from Uru.
The most common theories are that Kovu and Vitani are littermates or were born at the same time to different lionesses. After Zira gave birth to Scar's son Nuka he became dissatisfied and had Hisani breed in the hopes that she might create a more suitable heir for him (not that she was his only plan at the time, as he was also laying with lionesses to try and beget an heir upon them). Kovu and Vitani were born after Scar's death to Hisani.
Basically Hisani is Kovu and Vitani's mother in my mind because I say so lmao

Amazing theories 
I have the theory that Nuka is not Zira's but Sarabi's, the name ("Stench", who would call the son of a loved one "Stench"?), the way he looks a bit like her, etc.
Vitani being Nala's or Sarafina's
And Kovu, wth I dunno xD
I like your theory, is better thought than many and it keeps the relationship to Scar while taking Vitani away from Zira's line (she doesn't look like Zira at all X-x)
