I've been working on this one for a while now. I've been asked to draw it for a while and I decided I would a few weeks ago. Since then, I've been planning and studying perspective to get it right. I'm overall satisfied with how it's come along, but there are certainly some specific things I'd change.
A (very) brief explanation for the uninitiated: This is the Unsung Realm. It's a piece of chaotic space that was turned into a prison for her. It's a place where the Unsung go. A final resting place. If you want to know more, go read the fic. It's long but worth every word.

Gosh, I just am in love with the stuff you make for this fanfic... I always imagined the Unsung Realm to be a lot more chaotic, filled with rain, and ice, based on how it was described... but I find this rendition fantastic as well. I am in love withe the chains! I love how theyt kind of just... fade in the distance. The effect and the perspective are both amazing. And I love the sphere in the middle! YouΒ΄ll have to reming me what part of the fanfic it appears in, though. :/
Anyway, this is fantastic. You make me love the fanfic even more. Oh, and this goes to favorites, too.

Have you read to the latest chapter in the fic yet? You might not know what the sphere is yet if you haven't gotten pretty far (I can't recall when it's introduced)
I pictured it very chaotic as well, but in a different way. I ended up talking with the author some about it and he guided me in the design. It came out a lot better than I had been imagining because of that.

I actually did so yesterday! Immediately after seeing your drawing. I thought that there had to be an update for you to have posted new fanart. I believe it is introduced when Discord starts telling Lyra about Aria... Right after the "I am" duel and after Lyra says "I am Love". ItΒ΄s around that scene, I am sure...
You actually were guided by SS&E?! Wow, I have to make some fanart and sk for his guidance now (I actually have wanted to make some for a really long time, itΒ΄s just that I donΒ΄t know what scene to choose... Too much amazing ones.)
