Drawn after Chapter 367 of the manga.Quietly slipping away from his tiresome duties, the new Rokudaime hides amongst the trees with his favorite book clad in his normal jounin gear (for easier get away). If only he could get rid of the pointy hat (but he's getting rather attatched to it).
Now just to figure out how to keep the niffty pointy hat and give the rest of the job to Naruto. (the pointy hat had its uses, but was a pain to read in). Unfortunately, Naruto was rather attached to the idea of the pointy hat as well.

OMG! he becomes Hokage! Oh I so hope he does! There are not many chapters in English yet.T_T I wish I could trust the internet manga sites I have seen. Anyway you did a wonderful job on this and I hope he really does become Hokage.

If you go to onemanga.com you can read all of the chapters up to current and it is fairly reliable. And unfortunatley, no he doesnt become Hokage-- this was drawn for a friend after a certain chapter where Jiraiya and Tsunade were discussing Naruto becoming Hokage and mention was made that he wasnt up for the job yet and Kakashi is essentially the next pick. Its about one page of discussion, but well leafy and I both started plotting what would happen if Kakashi became Hokage and this was it. But many thanks for the comment. It is appreciated. I recommend checking out Onemanga's site. The scantalators are very good and the site has a ton of other series such as Bleach, Vampire Knight, Ouran High School Host Club, etc.

Oh well, its not a confirmed thing. Gah, I cant remember what manga chapter it is, but Jiraiya and Tsunade are discussing who would be hokage after Tsunade, and if as Naruto wasnt/isnt really ready---Kakashi is pretty much next on the list. I want to say this was somewhere around chapter 370 or so, but im probably wrong.

Ok...well when Tsunade and Jiraiya were talking about the past and Jiraiya's upcoming mission into Hidden Rain they said something about who the next Hokage would be. Well, Kakashi is the likely choice in the off chance that lets say Tsunade and Jiraiya up and croaked like now..Cause Naruto is too young.
Personally, I think Kakashi would turn down the job. But thats just me. I figure that he would at the very most just be an advisor for Naruto until he was of age to be Hokage. But, this is all supposition on my part.
I only caught that part because I was GLUED to the computer screen and the JiraiyaTsu action. But, come on now...we all knew Yondy was Naruto's dad...The mother thing was a nice suprise though.
