I meant to draw this before the year ended, but here it is. I had the idea back in October, but couldn't work on it.

It's Mantha from Casper's Scare School wearing a fancy evening dress. I also added her black crown with red jewels. I also gave her a silver necklace with pinkish gems on it. I also gave her silver earrings. I don't know if you can see them, but they're there.

I'm liking the color of Mantha's dress. I don't know what you'd call that color. It's supposed to be a pinkish color, though it looks almost brownish. 🤔 Anyways, I'm just glad I finally drew this.
