github.com/Brian151/spongebobz…I am starting work on making the map editor, and I've created a github repo for all tools related to modding/hacking the game. Said repo also will be used for a port to...HTML5/JS when/if that happens.
The WIP map editor can be found in
utils/SBZBuilder
It currently features:
1. scrolling the map if the mouse is near the edge of the map screen,
2. and a randomly-generated tilemap of placeholder tiles.
Next update should involve some actual tile editing.
Fun fact:
A majority of my time coding this has been getting the following class to work perfectly:
