Description
Getting prepared to start on my commission orders, I wanted to take the time to draw Rosa to practice my cell shading, art style, and just the overall way I draw her for future pictures.

I decided to draw Rosa in her princess dress again since I wanted to see if I can do her twin drill hairstyle a bit better and I noticed a few mistakes I made the last time I drew it such as I forgot to draw her back ribbon and I missed the golden tips on her sleeves. This was a nice little mental exercise since I have been going through the movies in Pokestar Studios after I defeated the champion Saturday night. For a bit of fun for this picture, I decided to draw her movie sprite in my own style just to give it a try, and I think it looks pretty good ^^ enioy!
