I made a new char base off of Tempest from "My Little pony the Movie"

I got to say it was Good.

well Rio here I base her off Tempest cause well, for a pony Tempest was cool and her eyes just suck you in hehe... why do I like evil women?...

well here quick bio for her so you all can know Rio

Name: Rio Shadow
Age: 27
RaceL pony
Eye Color: Yellow [not sure yet I got to ink to see if it suit her hehe ]
Fur Color: dark Purple [might be light purple got to test her in colors ]
Weapons: non
Items: a Crown with a Gem of magic power stuck to her head, the crown block its power unless she open it or take it off.
Likes: Getting what she wants, Eva, making others her playthings to brake.
Dislikes: being powerless, weak, alone.

History: her home village is big and holds many pony mobiens but what she loves the most when she was growing up was the story's of old, when her kind had 3 others in their races, ones with horns that give them magic, a other set that has wings to fly in the skys, yet what she like the most is the ones known to have both, as they could live longer than anyone or even might been immortal.

yet they was story's or was they? as she wanted to know more, yet people laugh and she didn't like it, so she train hard to be strong and one day she took on the village guards and beat them all, she beat them all so easy it was laughible to her, not but to the others as she had beat them all bad and hurt them all with broken bones.

the vilalge elders saw she was not pure and happy like the rest but full of lust for power and her dreams, they kicked her out and forbid her from returning to the village ever, she left willingly but some time past she was in pain alone, she would cry herself to sleep wanting to not be alone, but each time she wakes, she would fight on and continue going.

then one day she was walking she meet someone, named Eva, she offer Rio her dreams to have what she want come true as Eva been watching Rio in her lands and peek in her mind as well.
Rio was not sure if she could trust this person, but then Eva keep her world and gave Rio the power she wanted, Eva use her magic and made a gem and put it in Rio's forehead, it gave her the power to use magic as it make a magic horn on her head, but she was new to it and needed training.

Eva help her, but also had the crown made to block it's powers, Eva told her once she has full control she be able to become the thing she loves in her story's, a short cut would use a chaos emerald power, or something with power to boost her powers, but it only go for a short time.
Rio didn't care she was happy and found new friends, people who help her love her protect and train her to be strong, she became Eva's Guard and fights for the people and Eva.

Rio show no feelings to outsiders or around, only when she alone or before her Mistress Eva.
