base story:
Rush a normal Inkling who just did his best in matchs, but most of his win rate was 50/50 even thought he get a base high score and sometimes splat some or non in a round.
he just has fun and try his best but then one day he was meet with Agent 1 and Agent 2, they saw his skill could be better and he has the skills to be the best.

they gave him some training and sent him to the Octo lands, a part where Octoking had started a army to come free him if he was captured.
Rush was sent to stop it and he went in but it took him some days to get back, yet thanks to it he became a Ace charger shot.
Rush as a Agent is a type of black ops one, one that goes deep down and not to be seen and just take out all.
later on his Sister Rune join and she was set up with him in a team, later on they meet Lien and she join them, they back each other up fully.
if they had one more teammate they could enter the rank battles, but they mostly do them alone and get hired by others to help out.

Rush is a Ace to charging and a kind heart, he do anything for his friends and family, but as his a Black ops type agent, he cannot meet the other Agents but his own team, other than Agent 1 and 2.
