T-1 torpedo boats Mother ship Omono(雄物) class. This type of ship was designed for the needs of the Imperial Japanese Navy in conducting sabotage and attack missions to destroy enemy convoys and warships. Such ships could be used during landing or sabotage operations. The boats that carry these ships can support the landing. The ship has two 127 mm artillery towers Type 3 Mod 2 (twin) in the stern and bow, respectively. The tender also has massive cranes for launching boats and lifeboats.
