I decided to take the mermaid tutorial from around last week. Meet Herman, the Merman.

I think it turned out okay, especially using the lighting tools to mimic sunbeams penetrating the ocean.

Also, he's lost part of his tail fin in a horrible fishing accident. He can still swim, but it's still a struggle.

I'm also planning on using this character in a short story, per request by a friend.
