Heh, I hear ya there. I still struggle to draw even basic quills like the ones on Reign and Maji, especially at different angles. I've been trying to add extra little quills and such here and there in their designs to help them stand out a little more, sort of like Sonic Boom did with Sonic's quills.

Exactly! For me it's always drawn from the front, maybe a little at the side sometimes too, but otherwise nope...no backside shots coming from me. xD Reign and Maji are not related by blood, but rather by friendship. I took inspiration from Reign when I created Maji's design, but yeah they're longtime friends that went off on separate journeys for awhile before being reunited again. I've been toying around with newer variations of Maji's appearance in the past year or two, as seen in my most recent pictures of him in my gallery. Want him to stand out just a little bit more from Reign, haha. Yeah, I was a little surprised at first by the Sonic Boom designs but I eventually got used to them.
