Gen II: Raikou, Entei, Suicune, Lugia, Ho-Oh, and Celebi.
Gen III: Regirock, Regice, Registeel, Latias, Latios, Kyogre, Groudon, Rayquaza, Jirachi, and Deoxys [Normal Forme].
Gen IV: Uxie, Mesprit, Azelf, Dialga, Palkia, Heatran, Regigigas,
Giratina [Origin Forme], Cresselia, Phione (its classification as a
legendary is hard to debate), Manaphy, Darkrai, Shaymin [Sky Forme], and
Arceus.
Gen V: Victini, Cobalion, Terrakion, Virizion, Tornadus [Incarnate
Forme], Thundurus [Incarnate Forme], Reshiram, Zekrom, Landorus

Quite impressive, but I highly doubt that Hoopa and Volcanion are actual Pokémon.

They are real Pokemon, but they are not officially released yet.

I dont like that Phione is in there because it's disputed to be the legendary Pokémon, if Phione wasnt there then that would be the perfect picture.
