Jane and Eva came over yesterday.
This is a complete candid shot. Eva is going through a really tough time right now. Pride listened to her talk. And laid his head in her lap. For those of you who are horse people, you know how rare this is. Even more rare with a mustang. Factor in that the mustang is Pride and you increase the odds a little more. He is not a cuddly touchy feely horse. He usually tolerates being groomed, but would prefer if you didn't. He has let me lay down with him before, but he's never laid flat out when I was next to him. And he's only met Eva once before for about 5 minutes. Talk about a soul connection.

Beautiful shot, it is truly amazing when a bond like this is formed. It makes you think, and as the old saying goes "a horse is a girls best friend". Hope your friend is doing okay.

your mustang Pride is a really beautiful horse, he reminds me of Ari, my mustang mare, thou she was a more cuddly horse, i still miss her,

Wow... that's pretty unbelievable. I don't really know anything about horses, but I'm seriously impressed. Animals are fascinating.
