Pretty much. I'm not exactly great at making the differences obvious, but Cell is the premature one with teeth. more instinct and hunger driven since the computer never finished programming him. Also tried to give his speckle pattern sharper edges and make it look more scale-like then just a pattern.
Seru is the other one from the future, who was fully programed and is a calculating warrior with years of history.

thank you for clearing that up for me. That being said your comic came out of nowhere and I'm already sold. The relationship between Seru and the girl feels a bit odd, but I'm not complaining.
