Commissioned by My new favourite Deviant.Basically, what would Cell look like if he was able to absorb 16 as well as 17 and 18. This is my redesign.
Not as smug, more reserved with some of 16 attributes, but not too far removed from his original design.
Epic file size, is epic.
Edit: I've been instructed to change the title of the picture. So instead of the Super Cheesy, Super Perfect Cell, I'm now dubbing this piece, Seru Jinzoningen Ju Roku-Go Or just SeruJin

My, what a nice form you created for him if he absorbed 16 ! I especially like the purple part on his arms and under his torso, it gives so much the impression he is very very VERY muscular !
The blue eyes are really particular, me who just love his original pink eyes... Very very bright O_o Not bad, but... I don't know, as if this color makes him... good... I don't know, that's strange O_o

I was trying to go for 16s physique, with the very muscular but lean build. Thanks for noticing the purple and they eyes are supposed to represent the change in him. PInk is wild, and full of fire, but blue is more reserved, more controlled. Not necasarily good, but less likely to fly off the handle when things don't go his way.

I actually really like 16, which is odd, I know, seeing as he and Cell are pretty much opposites and Cell, uh...brutally murdered him. That's probably the one particular deed that Cell did that made me legitimately sad and pissed off. Of course, it's not like the other acts of violence he committed pleased me or anything, but...What can I say, I didn't really have any feeling invested in any of the other characters he hurt or killed. Anyways, 16 is definitely underrated; there's not enough fan art that's 16 related out there, so this is of course a nice addition!

Couldn't agree with you more. 16 was awesome. and his history was awesome too. Its a shame they never really touched on it in the manga or show. 16 was created by Gero to be like his dead son, a commander in the Red Ribbon Army. There was so much potential for him to be an amazing perm addition to DBZ, and it's sad that Akira decided to wipe him out instead.
I've always like 16 as well. He had so much depth to his character. I feel he deserved better.
Feeling somewhat inspired to draw more 16 now.

I'd say that would be terrifying, but he'd have 16 in him sooo... maybe he'd wanna go on a nature hike with me? Mild mannered, nice Cell! Bird watching! Though in his case, he'd probably like bug watching more... but hey I'm an entomology major, maybe he wouldn't mind letting me tag along :3

I don't think Cells nature would change that dramatically. If anything, he's be less arrogant and more reserved, but I still think he'd kill you as soon as look at you.

I suppose that's true, but the lovely mental image of Cell sitting under a tree gleefully hanging out with his cockroach buddies, well... that is most definitely a thought that will forever bring a smile to my face :3

I had read a theory somebody made about if Cell had nabbed 18 before 17. Rather than transforming into a super masculine fish lipped bumbler, he might take on a very exaggerated graceful and feminine form.

It's all based on the strengthening of the X and Y chromosomes in his body. The imperfect bug form is incomplete because it doesn't have enough of either so because he nabbed 17 he super boosted his Y chromosome. It's hard to picture a feminine Semi Cell without actually making him into a woman.
