Writers block in a way. It's really getting me down, because I've written myself into a corner, and the story ended up where I didn't want it to and... Well. I'm trying. Stupid plot holes.

Well you can always try to turn it around! If you are comfortable with it, we can talk about it and maybe talking it out can give spark something new?
For example, Cell is about to go the games, yes? (It's been a while for me since I've read it). Perhaps something else can pop up and that can give you more time to turn things around?Β

At this point in time, the only thing that would make me happy is to write the whole thing again and fix up the plot holes and serious character flaws that have been present throughout the story. But I don't want to leave the story unfinished either. It's just hard to be motivated to write something you personally resent. (due to my own bad writing.)

I've seen a lot of fan fictions, and yours is not that bad. It's pretty decent, and I would like to think it's a good sign you look back and see the errors. It leads to improvement in the future. So don't beat yourself up for getting better and wanted to DO better.Β
I guess the options you would have is:
1) Continue to write it out and see if things can be fixed. Perhaps have other things happen that can correct those plot holes?Β
2) Finish the fan fic but then write another one. Or put it on hold and write another one.Β
If it helps you can look at it as....writing something that can help guide you guidelines on what to do and what not to do for the story you really want to make. Ultimately, it is up to you though. I hope this helps

Imperfect Cell is a pain to draw at the best of times. Drawing him suprised and taken -aback while still making him look like a capable killer is just... well, it's a challenge.
