Dark Magic duh...no, seriously though, I do all my art on PaintTool-Sai. I really love the textures I have and my Luminosity Mode for my layers. I use a LOT of layers to color.
So mainly the tools I usually use are:
Ink
Airbrush
Brush
Watercolor
Different Textures and Modes (I like to experiment since I'm still new to this)
...that's about it.
I just like to use different shapes and layers to create some fun effects. :3

It should be safe to download. Sometimes people on deviantart will actually have links available for other artists to go download the version they use. Most computers will also tell you if what you are about to download will cause harm to your computer, so just watch out for that.
