This is a Pumpkin Hag, along with a Triquortreat, and a Pumpkin Witch...

Pumpkin Hags, sometimes known as Gourd Hags, are like all hags, and derive from gourd witches that have grown old and allowed the malice of the world to corrupt them too deeply, causing them to transform into something hideous.

Pumpkin Hags are large, hunched old women with huge pumpkins or gourds for a head. One gets a whiff of pumpkin spice and pumpkin innards from the hag from time to time, however there is always the underlying scent of rot and decay , and upon closer inspection they're usually dripping with gore, viscera, and pumpkin pulp. They are known for baking delicious treats from pumpkin, pumpkin spice rolls, pumpkin pie, salted or sugared pumpkin seeds... they make pumpkin ice cream and all sorts of delicious goods. They lure people in, in the same way as hags of consumption, and they often times work together because of this (Or occasionally wage war against one another for filling the same niche in an area). They lure people in with baked goods while disguised as a kindly old woman, and then they get the unwitting person addicted to their sweet foods so they can fatten them up to massive sizes and boil them to eat, or grind them up and spread them over their gardens of sin.

They can manipulate pumpkins, causing them to stand up from the ground with vines, or open mouths with jagged teeth and have the little pumpkins attack their foes, or she can simply cause their vines to grow around a creature and enwreath them, or a pumpkin to grow massive in size. She can also control jack o' lanterns and cause them to spout flames, fly around, or even simply use them to watch people through their eyes. She can grow gigantic pumpkins from pumpkin seeds in an instant, and even worse, she can grow whole pumpkins from anything containing pumpkin at all, and so if you eat a slice of her pumpkin pie, she could grow an entire pumpkin patch inside of you in an instant and let the gourds burst free from inside of you. Many hungry children and beggars find a pumpkin hag's home following the scent of a pie on the doorstep, only to take a bite and be filled to bursting with pumpkins, becoming a new part of the garden in an instant as the hungry gourds eat your flesh and feast on your soul to nourish themselves. They can also use pumpkin seeds to mind control creatures, causing roots to grow from the seeds and dig into a creature, planting itself inside of them and growing, allowing her to manipulate you into doing her bidding.

They extract fear and sin from these targets to bake into their pumpkin dishes and feed their garden to grow stronger, eating the pumpkin dishes themselves. On occasion they will take several pumpkin witches under their wing and teach them the art of magic while also subjecting the little witches to their own spells with only the most willful pumpkin witches surviving the process.

Like all Hags, they are often found in the dreamlands, where they lure people in, or give them prophetic dreams to lure them in, or even manipulate friends and family, something made easier if they've consumed her foods in the past. They are also able to find their way to the Underside as it is full of lost children looking for meaning and escape.

Pumpkin witches have a lot of the same capabilities, they just have yet to undergo a transformation into a hag from being steeped in their magic and sin for so long. Often times, young and beautiful human women, they will lure in men to kill and use their blood and lust to fuel their magic. Some Pumpkin witches however prefer to go the more physical and difficult route and will take up various farming tools and set to slaying people in the night, killing them and hauling their bodies off to the pumpkin patches.

All of this information pertains to evil pumpkin witches, however good pumpkin witches exist too of course. Though the corrupting nature of arcane magic often causes witches to become terrible, those with patience, kindness, and self restraint can manage the magic abilities and maintain a good and kindly nature. Pumpkin witches can help people with their various pumpkin remedies, and might even watch over people by feeding them pumpkin products and then scrying through the seeds inside of them, to watch them on journeys and cast helpful spells on them from afar. They may have carts of gourds and pumpkin flavored treats and elixirs to sell. Sometimes she will bind the lost souls of children to leshonky to learn how they died and seek out justice for them so she may set the leshonky free afterward and allow the child to go to the afterlife.

Next to them both is the Triquortreat, also known as a Benefactor Pumpkin or Pumpkinhead. These are strange pumpkin entities that can be born through spirits possessing pumpkins, or from Pumpkin witches or hags, and may be the vegetation equivalent to a Skinwalker. They are strange pumpkin men with long arms, often times wearing a suit or some other fancy outfit, but it's not necessary, and some are dressed more like scarecrows. They have big mouths and beady eyes, and always wear hats to cover up the messy pulp of candy, and gore that sit inside of their head. Triquortreat have long arms that they can use to grab things from far away, or they can coil them around creatures to hold them in place, choke them, or strangle them if needed. They are often times quiet, and will maybe make hushed giggling noises. Many of them are able to speak however and may still only say simple words or sentences, though a few are a bit more verbose. They can vomit fourth a seemingly limitless amount of pumpkin mush and candy from their wide mouths.

It will often times offer more candy and treats to children who bring more kids to it. They will sometimes play games with children and lure them away, sort of like a really fucked up Frosty the Snowman. Triquortreat will often times select a child to prank or provide a treat to. When they give out treats, they plop them out of their mouths, and when they trick people, the tricks are often times minor, such as placing a finger on your chest and flicking your nose when you look down, or pointing behind you and laughing when you look. As time goes on however, their treats become more extravagant and their pranks more cruel. They may give someone 10 full candybars and intend on them to eat them all, or the trick may be pushing someone near the edge of a dropoff, hanging them upsidedown and leaving them in the woods, or breaking into your home at night and trashing your house. This comes from Triquortreat feeding on emotions, and especially wildly shifting emotions, with them getting the largest spike from that feeling one gets when their heart drops in a bad situation. They may promise to not hurt certain children so long as they continue to bring other kids to him.

Triquortreat may take care of a small group of children, only for him to force one to eat until they burst, or decapitate one in front of the others to feed from them, and will often times place creatures in a sort of "Game show" where they are forced to do tasks and hope to not be eliminated by the creepy pumpkin man. In such cases, there is always at least one survivor, and if there is, the Triquortreat will vomit fourth a Golden treat worth a lot of money, or that will heal many illnesses as a prize for the child.

Many times, Triquortreat are accompanied by leshonky of children that it had killed, or by Black eyed children or even cursed dolls. Triquortreat are used by witches to tend to their gardens, and they tend to not mind the work as they only wish to feed on emotional spikes, and these other creatures aid them in gaining sustenance.

On Halloween they celebrate, and join with the creatures known as Night Wanderers to capture greedy little children to bring back to their home, and are often times followers of Samhain.
