i love nudes. as a male i have seen way to many nudes.
I started loving art nudes in 4th grade on a museum field trip to a renaissance art gallery. I would like to think that back then, it was only the curves and textures.
This is the first nude in a very long time that compelled me for all the right reasons. Perhaps it brings out that 4th grader in me again, the one that loved the curves and textures. Maybe it is my innocence, to which i respond so strongly; perhaps it is yours. For sure this wonderful work of art is about renaissance.
Dont get me wrong, many a fine nude artist are on DA, but this one...

Your work is truly inspirational, I see many, many instances of true genius... You are not merely blessed with only beautiful subjects. You have done a lot of Beautiful Renderings of those beautiful Subjects.
Before I rant and rave more accolades that you are obvious aware of and sound like a slobbering Sycophant, I have ear marked quite a number of your Photo's as favorites... I do like the Eyes to tell a story, and all of the favorites I have marked seem to show the " Soul " of your subject. Hopefully I have not been too remarkably honest.

this shot has it all. Love the values from bright highlighting to the black in back of her--- covering a wide range of tones. Her pose is graceful and flowing.
Forgive the lack of proper terminology---I'm not a professional photgrapher but actualy an abstract artist. I have shot a few in my time though and think I have a decent eye for others work-- Beautiful.

Good photograph. Only flaw in my oppinion is the half opened mouth. It makes the model look irritated. Good effort though.

Oh, PS, I really appreciate that you used a more healthy looking model than some of those stupid stick figures you see in magazines etc. It's really nice to see a healthy, normal, beautiful person that doesn't have an eating disorder. I think that human aspect of them makes them even more human. Even though this woman is absolutely gorgeous, and in great shape etc. she's not unnaturally so, which is all you see nowadays. I really wish that every girl could see more art like this. Maybe then they would realize and appreciate the human body.

I just scanned all the comments here... Most actually get the point of the image, and some I can only shake my head at. You have to be brain injured to think this is pornography. It is that very mentatlity that is causing the uprising in society today to draw lines of differentiation between these genres. This is "artistic nude" ; clear cut, and defined. Most art nude photos follow a style. If you find this style boring, move along. This is what it is.. To put a clown's nose on the model or a cat running around to add to the image takes away from the art nude aspect of it.
I can never get tired of professional looking photos. This is a compliment to the model and while it does look like other art nude images, I find it impressive nonetheless.

That's truly gorgeous. The grace of her pose really contrasts with the seeming stiffness and coldness of the chair and her other surroundings. Great job. I couldn't have done better.
