Magnificent photo, as always, and congratulations to the model. As someone who has also lost 100 lbs as well, I know how persistent memory can be. It can take a lot longer than it takes to simply lose the weight in order to 'see' yourself as others do. I imagine her photo session with you was therapeutic for her in this regard.

It's from a canon 10D at ISO 800. Canon's high-ISO noise performance got much better in later models.
The noise from canon's sensors seem more "film-grainy" to me than sensors in other cameras. Sorta gives it a more authentic look.
