Oh, isn't he cute?
This is one of my new creations, my little hedgehog named Shade. Well actually he goes by multiple names, but Shade is his offical name.

Maybe I should give a little Bio on him, right?

Originally callled "Project Darkwing", and now "Project Disastor, Shade has now been considered to be a failed military experiment. Created only a decade after Project Shadow, he seemed to be very promising. Project Disastor had gone through multiple tests, many of them were passed with flying colors; proving to be the very object the Government was looking for.

But as time passed by, the Government, which is also known as GUN (go figure right?), was proven wrong. Shade had developed some traits that GUN did not want to be shown in the battle field: gentle towards others (no matter who it was), his naive nature (which would make him so much easier to trick), now a complete coward (this developed due to some circumstances that had happened within the compunds of the military base. A little to graphic to explain), and showing that he was unwilling to fight back against the enemy. (You can't have this in an army, right?)

The good thing is that Shade can rival that of the famous Project Shadow, obtaining some of the abilties, but more unique ones that he can call his own. The one thing he lacks though, is the super sonic speed. Well he can run pretty fast, about the max of 600 mph or so, but never to the SONIC BOOM that both Sonic and Shadow share. At least that Shade can follow orders, to some extent though. He would do things that are asked of him, but would never go as far as fighting another and/or killing them for whatever means they said the reason for. A coward isn't he?

Shade hasn't always been like this though. At one time, Project Disastor actualy followed every order, every comand, and with no hesitation. But, now, he is the way he is now. Only he and the government agents know why he became like this. And, like I said earlier, I can't explain it to you all, since it is WAY to graphic.

Poor guy, Once a prized creation, is now a being of no importance. A creature who is damned to be chaine in a cell for all time, and to be used for MANY experiments; many of them dangerous and possibly life threatening. (Well that part kinda added to how he is the way he is now. Oh, and to mention, Shade is now also afraid of humans. And would do what they say, in fear that he would be "punished" in some shape or form.)

Wow. I am surprised that I made a character like this. A hedgehog with the worst past possible (for a created hedgehog), and made him with this sort of personality when I could have done another. Cool huh?

Wow, I'm rambling on again, aren't I?

Oh and one more thing. This little hedgie was drawn on the pain program. I do have like three more pictures of Shade, but I can't upload them do to the lack of a scanner. ><
