First off: thank you so much for doing this, DN! I super-appreciate it, and the end result does not disappoint! It's positively epic, especially Karakori's pose. Everyone interprets him in a slightly different fashion each time he's drawn, and I absolutely love the chance to see what they come up with. You gave him the smooth musculature he needs, the slender, almost-feline body... but he definitely looks powerful (as he should). You gave the mane more of a curl to it than I do - but I like it a lot, along with the wings. The tendrils... well, you shouldn't be so hard on yourself. 
...and Ice? Well.

The way you illustrated Karakori is just gorgeous. It's extremely graceful, and though you may not like tendrils, you did them fantastically in my never to be humble opinion! Ice looks the part of needing protection. Great illustration, amazing job.
