Description
We have a bit of a lightning challenge over at DizajnZona (domestic forum) and the theme is a postcard from a fictional town in Serbia called Sumrakovac (Sumrak = Twilight).

The story goes like this: Serbia became a nuclear force at the time no one in the world uses nuclear power (they use something wayyyy better) and something like Chernobil happened in the Twilight town. You get the picture...

The original scene is made by Stefan Morell (one of my favorite artists)
