"The passageway continued, and Coco could begin to feel her lungs aching, needing to be refilled with the most important thing: "Oxygen."
"Grbblm..." Coco let out a slight moan, along with some bubbles.
She stopped for a brief moment trying to fight the pain. Coco was probably in luck, she spotted a square shaped hole in the ceiling ahead of her, the first thought that came to Coco's mind was that it could be an airpocket, not only that, but this could be the break she needed.
"Please let there be air. I could really get some right now!" Coco thought and began swimming towards the possible airpocket, her cheeks puffed really wide.
The bandicoot was swam closer, when suddenly:
"Gbluabblbl!"
A huge burst of bubbles came shooting out of Coco's mouth with a painful gurgle. She started to sink down slightly, placing one of her hands as tight as she could over her mouth. Coco looked up, the airpocket was directly above her, all she needed to do was swim straight up, her lungs were burning -- telling her that she needed to breathe...and NOW!
Coco swam up as best as she could, still covering her mouth and kicking her legs in a frantic panic. She reached out for the airpocket with her other hand, she was right there, just needed to surface!
Will Coco make it?"
