Description My Sonic Riders version of Nero. His skill type is speed. As you can probably see I made some alterations to his outfit. 1. He's wearing his hood up over his head. 2. His shorts are different. 3. He has a headband on. 4. minor alterations to his shoes. And last he has on a backpack. Why? Not sure. Blame that game called InFamous.

Anyway hope you like it. I've gotten a little rusty over the summer.
