I must say that this was really fun doing!^^As you guys see I'm sending Arrow into the Bedlam 13 Asylum.
Since Arrow split personality and being insane( thanks to unnamed Asylum!)
So far His story is that he was taken away from his mom and started going insane form all of the screams there of the tormented. Arrow tried escape but they shot him in the back causing him to be in a wheel chair after many other tries of escaping they send him to the Asylum sending a note that might of lied a bit about him and other things.
(I might have to renew this a bit)

Cool X3 Aside from forgetting to add he's a Sonic FC (I'm assuming he's once since he looks like a Sonic FC << ) to the FC/OC line, this is perfectly done
